HOA Common Area Cleanup in Evans, GA
HOA contacted us at Savannah River Pressure Washing to remove all of the organic accumulation on the stone work and brick work in the neighborhood commons area along with cleaning the concrete surfaces, fire pit, and fire place. When we arrived we discovered heavy organic accumulation on the stone and brick work. We applied a mixture of professional cleaning agents and low pressuer water to remove the organic accumulation on the stone work and brick. We also applied a pre treatment chemical and power washed the concrete surfaces and followed up with a post treatment to restore the beauty of the concrete. The HOA is very pleased with the results and continue to hire us to clean their facilities in various neighborhoods.
