The neighborhood HOA contacted us to remove heavy cleay build up on the concrete surface as well as soft wash the structure of the mailbox kiosk to remove heavy organic accumulation and dirt. When we arrived we discovered a heavy accumulation of clay mud build up on the concrete. We also discovered heavy accumulation of clay and organic accumulation on the structure of the kiosk. We applied professuional cleanikng agents to teh structure and soft washed teh structure to remove the clay and organics. We also appplied professional pre treatment to the concrete and power washed the concrete we then applied post treatment to the concrete. We successfully restored the structure and concrete to it's original beauty. The HOA representatives were pleaased with the results and continue to use us for services in their neighborhoods.
